Suction and filtration systems for the plastics industry
The industries that deal with the industrial processing of plastics need to safeguard the health of the operators avoiding that these come in contact with fumes, vapours and dusts (of different grain size) generated during the operations of extrusion, stamping, hot bending, cutting and trimming, as well as during the operations of cleaning and maintenance of the machines which carry out such processing (such as cleaning and purging of the machine injectors for plastic moulding).

- extraction arms mounted on a wall or on a sliding trolley on a rail duct,
- mobile filtering machines on wheels equipped with an extraction arm and ad hoc filtration levels that can be moved and used on various workstations which do not work simultaneously (for example, for the phase of purging of the injectors of the moulding presses)
- downdraft tables with a filtering system that works like a real work station for operations such as deburring and trimming of plastic products.
The products and systems of filtration may differ depending on the application, type of processing and especially depending on the type of plastic. The amount of fumes produced and their composition are fundamental parameters in order to offer the most suitable product and that better meets the needs of the customer.
