Designed for those in need of an extraction arm for general industrial applications (such as welding fumes) that is easy to handle but which at the same time has the advantage of a competitive price.
Available in 160 mm diameter and with a length of 2, 3 and 4 meters.
For general purposes, it is used in most industrial sectors with no particular applications.
The 2-EDGE extraction arm is equipped with a swivel base on a 360° rotating base plate, double pantograph self-supporting structure and painted steel pipes alternated to flexible hoses on the joints. Thanks to the hood-side joint (with hood anchoring within the piping), the operator can easily direct the collection towards the emission source of pollutants. The “High Efficiency” hood is equipped with an ergonomic handle and is wide-brimmed for collecting most of the fumes and pollutants in the ascent phase.
It can be supplied with or without exhaust fan.

Extraction arm
Made of rigid painted steel pipe, supported by a steel double-pantograph self-supporting structure, balanced by multiple adjustable springs and frictions on the hinging points. Joints with flexible hose resistant to welding sparks consisting of PVC coated aluminium film reinforced with fibres and with harmonic steel wire helix. Operating temperature -20°C +120°C. Maximum depression 2.000 Pa (at 20°C). Fire resistance Class 1.
Hood
“High Efficiency” hood in plastic material resistant to UV rays, with 360×380 mm screen size for a better efficiency in the collection of pollutants and provided with an ergonomic handle with axial rotation enabling an optimum handling of the arm in any position. Joint of support of the coping immersed in the suction flow
Base
On Dn 160mm slewing ring, with a rotation of 360°, resting on seals made of special self-lubricating plastic material.
Wall Bracket
Wall bracket made of galvanized steel tubular and provided with a fitting and counter-flange; these components are not included in the version equipped with an exhaust fan.
Exhaust fan (if required)
Black painted steel, centrifugal, forward curved blades impeller, 220/400V motor, 3 Ph, 50Hz. IP55. IE3 for power outputs over 0,55kW.
