The compact and efficient extraction arm

The overall dimensions are reduced but the efficiency and robustness remain the same as for the 4-Pro arm.
The extraction half-arm is, in fact, the most efficient choice for those in need of an extraction arm for general purpose, compact, with reduced dimensions and for intensive use.
Born from the experience of the 4-PRO extraction arm (top range of Airbravo TM), the half-arm inherits the robustness, efficiency, materials and most of the accessories, but with a more agile structure and adapting well to environments with low ceilings and limited space (workshops, ateliers, artisan workshops, factories, plants, industrial premises) or where the extraction arm’s mobility limited to a semi-circle (or full circle according to the provided mounting mode) is sufficient.
The INDUSTRY model is available in the 125 – 160 – 200 – 250 mm diameters and with a length of 1, 1.5 and 2 meters; the LABORATORY model is available in diameters of 100 and 125mm and lengths of 0.5 and 1 meters.

Applications

Ideal for the collection of generic pollutants (welding fumes, dusts, vapours, gases with a temperature of up to 90°C), for frequent use, heavy-duty applications and prolonged extraction in most industrial sectors where a mobility limited to a semicircle (or full circle in accordance with the provided mounting mode) is sufficient.

Rotation and handling

The swivel base makes possible the movement of the arm along an imaginary semicircle, the radius of which varies according to the angle given to the first articulation.
Thanks to the joint on the side of the hood, the operator can orient the collection area towards the emission source of pollutants, extracting fumes, vapours and dust before these can be dispersed in the environment and/or inhaled by the operator himself.
It can be supplied with or without extraction fan.
