Specifications
Extraction arm
The extraction arm consists of an entirely flexible tubing of grey colour composed by PVC coated Polyester walls and a harmonic steel wire helix. The single-pantograph self-supporting structure is made of tubular steel and is placed outside the flexible tubing. Balancing on both the arm’s elements obtained with springs and adjustable multiple plastic frictions.
Hood
For the arms with a tubing of Dn 160 mm the hood is of the “High Efficiency” model in plastic material resistant to UV rays, with 360×380mm screen size for a better efficiency in the collection of pollutants and provided with an ergonomic handle with axial rotation enabling an optimum handling of the arm in any position. In other diameters the hood is conical and made of metal always provided with a “rotary handle” or axial rotation.
Base
No base is present. The arm ends with a flexible tubing to be directly connected to the ducting of the centralized extraction system.
Wall bracket
In galvanized steel, the support is integrated into the self-supporting structure and extraction arm.
Exhaust fan (if required)
Black painted steel, centrifugal, forward curved blades impeller, 220/400V motor, 3 Ph, 50Hz. IP55. IE3 for power outputs over 0,55kW. Aiming at equipping the FLEX-H extraction arm (EH series) with a fan you need to add upon provision a bracket for the exhaust fan provided with a coupling (bracket code EKA050N; cod. EKA051N, the comprehensive version also includes aspiration fitting).
