Intended for occasional and little intensive use, the Flex-K extraction arm (EK series) is the ideal solution for the extraction of generic pollutants produced during industrial processes and applications.
Available in 160 mm diameter and with a length of 2, 3, 4 and 5 meters.
The Flex-K extraction arm is preferred in the presence of little demanding applications, for fumes extraction, especially for pollutants resulting from mechanical processing within many industrial sectors.
360° rotating base plate (ring) as for all of the extraction arms of the Airbravo (TM) production. The arm is provided with 3 joints hidden inside the flexible hose (which encloses the single-pantograph support structure).
The versions of 3, 4 and 5 meters are also provided with an extension of 1 or 2 meters integrated within the flexible tubing. This solution is of particular interest in the presence of low ceilings as, for example, the overall height model 1+2 (Arm with an extension of 1m and body arm of 2m) is 0.5m lower than the equivalent arm of 3m.

Extraction arm
The extraction arm consists of an entirely flexible tubing of grey colour composed by PVC coated Polyester fabric and reinforced with harmonic steel wire helix. The single-pantograph self-supporting structure is made of tubular steel and is inside the flexible tubing. Balancing on both the arm elements obtained with springs and adjustable multiple frictions in plastic material.
Hood
“High Efficiency” hood in plastic material resistant to UV rays, with 360×380mm screen size for a better efficiency in the collection of pollutants and provided with an ergonomic handle with axial rotation enabling an optimum handling of the arm in any position. The hood connection joint is immersed in the suction flow
Base
On a 360° revolving base of Dn 160mm.
Wall bracket
Galvanized steel tubular and provided with a fitting; the fitting is not included in the version equipped with an exhaust fan.
Exhaust fan (if required)
Black painted steel, centrifugal, forward curved blades impeller, 220/400V motor, 3 Ph, 50Hz. IP55. IE3 for power outputs over 0,55kW.
