FEATURES:

Telescopic extension of the rigid pipe that allows the operator to have a sufficient outreach maintaining minimum overall dimensions

With no central joint this extraction arm is perfect for installation in rooms with low ceilings

Ideal for general industrial applications such as: suction of welding fumes, extraction of fumes, dust and vapours with Max T. up to 90°C

Can be mounted with jib extensions, suction ducts, wall or ceiling extensions

Available in several versions that allow you to adapt the standard version also to more specific applications.

Compact but extendible extraction arm

Born from the evolution of the 2-EDGE arm, the telescopic extraction arm has been designed to offer a practical and efficient solution to all those who need an extraction arm with a variable length, but, at the same time, need to reduce to the minimum the encumbrance within the work environment.
Available in Dn 160 mm and two lengths: 1250 mm (with a telescope extension of additional 300mm) and 1550mm (extendible for a further 700 mm).

Applications

Ideal for general uses and for the collection of non-aggressive, non-corrosive and non-explosive pollutants (smoke, dust, fumes).

Rotation and handling

Thanks to the 360° rotating base and the (base side) joint, the operator can adjust the height of the arm; while the position of the extraction hood is adjusted through the other joint that permits rotation on 3 (vertical, horizontal, axial) planes so as to allow the optimal localized collection of pollutants.

Specifications

Extraction arm
Extraction arm with two rigid telescopic painted steel tubes and (hood side and base side) joints with PVC-coated fabric hose, operating temperature between -20°C and 90°C reinforced with harmonic steel wire helix (non-flammable class M1). Balanced by means of springs and frictions in plastic material; sliding of the telescopic system through adjustable frictions.

Hood
The standard “hot fumes” hood in the shape of a truncated cone with a large surface area for the elliptical collection, made of galvanized steel and provided with a handle. With 3 rotation axes to allow optimal movement of the arm in any position.

Base
On a 360° revolving base plate (diameter 160mm).

Wall bracket
Galvanized steel tubular provided with a fitting; the fitting is excluded in the version equipped with an exhaust fan.

Exhaust fan (if required)
Black painted steel, centrifugal, forward curved blades impeller, 220/400V motor, 3 Ph, 50Hz. IP55. IE3 for power outputs over 0,55kW.
